Raunchy Pauline Hanson a fake

News Ltd Sunday papers published raunchy photos claiming they were of Queensland election hopeful Pauline Hanson.
The pictures were taken by Jack Johnson, who said he was Hanson’s one-time boyfriend in the 1970s when the politician was about 19.
Pauline Hanson has denied it’s her in the photographs and the truth of that statement has now been accepted.
Up until recently The Telegraph’s editor Neil Breen maintained the photos were authentic, even though he admitted there were holes in the story given by the man News Ltd paid $15,000 to for the pictures.
Sunday Telegraph deputy editor Helen McCabe said it was “extraordinary” Ms Hanson was making “distressed” statements about the photos, after failing to comment on the Saturday.
It’s extraordinary the paper didn’t check the claims more carefully.
I suspect there will be a big payout to Hanson. She deserves it.
